Rimcore Limited is a technology company incorporated in Nigeria, with its principal place of business in Lagos. We develop and operate AI-native business software platforms including RimOS, RimField, RimSight, RimPay, RimGov, and RimLearn, as well as this website at rimcore.org.

All data processed by Rimcore is stored in Nigerian data centres. We do not transfer personal data outside Nigeria except where necessary and subject to appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses), in compliance with Section 43 of the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law:
Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months to allow for follow-up and relationship management. Marketing consent records are retained for 5 years after the last interaction, as required by NDPC guidelines. Server logs are retained for 90 days. Cookie consent records are stored in your browser for 12 months and refreshed upon renewal of consent.
When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
